Where will our training sessions occur?
In The Fitness Lab, a gym in the basement level of Mill Tower. Address: 34077 Gladys Ave, Abbotsford, BC V2T 5T4
How many sessions do I need? How long is this package?
We will always have 1-hour sessions, but the cadence of weekly appointments and the duration of how many weeks we’ll spend together is based upon your goal. For example, say you have a photo of what you want to look like for your body building competition. Then, I’ll tell you that we need to see each other 3x a week for 3 months. I work this way for all of my clients—you tell me the goal and I will help us work backwards from that.
How busy is your schedule?
It is pretty full, yet I am always taking new clients on a rolling basis and will do my best to make time for you based on when you are free. For example, early mornings at 6am before your work.
